The exploitation of poultry is an alternative production of white meat that increases the protein content in human food, the effect of incorporation of pigeon (Q)(Cajanus cajan (L) Millsp) with concentrated feed ( ALC) on the weight in broilers during a four-week cycle, with the rations: R1 (100% ALC + 0% Q) R2 (90% ALC + 10% Q) R3 (80% ALC + 20% Q) R4 (70% LAC + 30% Q) R5 (50% LAC + 50% Q) R6 (20% LAC + 80% Q), the trial was conducted Tulio Febres Cordero municipality, Merida State, in a completely random design , with experimental units 1.5 m2, the population was 90 Ross line birds, the sample chosen was 5 birds / 1.5 m2, the edaphoclimatic conditions of the area and the basic management tasks were considered, the results were processed by SAS and Tukey’s means test, the criteria evaluated were live weight (PV), food conversion index (ICA) and cost benefit ratio (RBC).The results indicated highly significant differences (Pr> f = 0.0001) for the PV and RBC due to the effects of the rations, in which R3 and R4 were the best in PV with an accumulated average of 2,366.49 gr. For ICA, R3 and R4 stood out with an average value of 1.31. As for RBC, the best results were R3, R4 and R5 with an average value of 14,620.47 Bs / kg. It is concluded that the best rations supplied were R3 and R4, highly productive and efficiently increased the yield of white meat of the birds.
