The purpose of this research is to propose Learning 2.0 through Web 2.0 (blogs, wikis, and social networks), aimed at faculty members of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Los Andes. To this end, a projective research approach was implemented, employing a field-based design. The inquiry process was carried out as follows: a survey was validated and then administered to a representative sample of professors from the aforementioned faculty to gather information on the use of Web 2.0 in teaching and learning processes. This was done to design the Web Manual as a didactic and pedagogical model for planning and developing classes. This Web Manual is divided into four fundamental chapters: the first explains the concepts of Web 2.0, social networks, wikis, and blogs; the second presents learning theories and instructional design models; The third section develops the objectives, skills and types of content (conceptual, procedural and attitudinal) and the fourth section integrates web 2.0 into the teaching and learning process.
