According to its characterization 3 criteria were used for the systematization of protocol proposals: Proposals for Received Protocols (PR), Proposals for in-Process Protocols (PP) and Proposals for Protocols Without Responses (SR).The emerging properties of the results allowed to configure a catalog of COVID-19 slowing down protocol that would be applied by the different CDs, thus aiming for a return to the monitored normality of high-performance sport in Carabobo state, leading to new scenarios for the generation of new sports studies as a public service.
