Opportunity and partnership for Latin America in global value chains

This article is based on a descriptive analysis developed thanks to the Fundayacucho-UNGS agreement (Argentina), in the Master of Science, Technology and Innovation Management, where it is shown to characterize an opportunity and association, in reference to the industry of digital content, so that the countries of Latin America can complement each other against the practice that has been developing in the Global Value Chains.This paper aims to analyze theoretical-reflexive elements on the different models of integration that are
taking place in Latin America, which can address those who coordinate and manage global value chains, and further promote an integration model based on the international association of a common project through technological infrastructure.
