Management formation for entrepreneurship as social responsibility of venezuelan universities

The main objective of the research presented below is to establish the relationship between managerial training for entrepreneurship as a social responsibility of the Venezuelan Autonomous Universities. The research carried out is of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental design, and transversal or transectional, and is part of the fi eld typology. The population is constituted by a sample of volunteers subjects of professors and students of the Venezuelan Universities. Among the results obtained, it is noteworthy that all of the respondents surveyed expressed their willingness to participate in socially responsible practices that are jointly organized between universities and the productive sector s o also that the majority of students around a series of applied interviews, demonstrated their willingness to design and participate in social responsibility activities aimed at teaching how to undertake members of organized communities. To conclude, the research revealed the existing need for universities and communities to formalize a strategic alliance that allows them to communicate permanently in order to establish common actions for the benefi t of society in general, to promote the creation of a new social conscience and the growth of a new capital, that responds to the organizational needs in absolute sustainability with the environment.
