Required curriculum: open science and scientific awareness from basic education

The research aims to generate methodological lines of action for the design of a necessary curriculum, aimed at promoting open science and scientific awareness from basic education. The curriculum represents a pedagogical and research medium, used as an instrument for managing training policies with a dynamic, reflective and open nature, aimed at responding to the demands, needs, demands of schoolchildren and their immediate context. Determining the following lines of methodological action: real contextualization of the configuration of general elements of the curriculum, representing a real and concrete expression of needs, training spaces, potentialities, student capacities, social actors and socio-educational territories. Concretion of a coope rative, experiential, demonstrative, integrative, flexible, open, humane, scientific curricular model guided by the training policies of the Venezuelan state. Definition of a study plan with a transcomplex, holistic and integrative vision that has as its axis learning by doing, learning to value, learning to live together, learning to be, in an ecological context that involves scientific, cultural, social, educational, technological processes, real productive and transformative with the intervention of social actors and institutions. Teaching strategies based on experiential learning and teacher training with mastery of the fundamentals of open science and demonstration of research, innovation and application of scientific knowledge skills.
