The Strategic Direction and the Leader

Abstract

The general objective of this work is to establish the episteme of strategic direction as a leader’s management tool, developed in three specific objectives, namely: to review the management gnoseology from a historical perspective, to contrast the direction and strategic direction through the application of the Círculo de Gadamer, integrating leadership as a key and inseparable element of strategic direction as this actor has ideology and intentionality. To this end, a qualitative investigation is carried out under the technique of Documentary Analysis and the application of Hermeneutical Analysis.
